Change of the publication date of the Separate Interim Financial Statements
for H1 2024

The reviewed Condensed Separate Interim Financial Statements as at and for the
six-month period ended 30 June 2024, prepared in accordance with International
Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by EU ("IFRS-EU"), and the Board of
Directors' standalone report for H1 2024, will be available, in Romanian and
