Significant events to be reported: Completion of the acquisition of the
project company Foton Power Energy SRL

Electrica informs the shareholders and investors that, on 12 September 2024,
has completed the acquisition, from Mr. Emanuel Muntmark and Mr. Catalin
Mrejeru, of the project company Foton Power Energy SRL, having as main object
of activity the generation of energy from photovoltaic sources.

Foton Power Energy SRL develops the photovoltaic project company "Bihor 1",
with an authorized installed capacity of 77.525 MW, located near Oradea city.
The project is at the "ready-to-build" phase.

The transaction in question is in line with Electrica Group strategy, which
envisages the expansion in the value chain of electricity, especially in the
power production from renewable energy sources.

Electrica informed the capital market on 7 December 2021 regarding the signing
of the sales and purchase agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares
in Foton Power Energy SRL project company, through the current reports
published on BSE (IRIS code: 3477D) and LSE.
