On 19 September 2024, the Board of Directors (BoD) of the Company, through the
decision no. 23/19Sep2024 took notice of the renunciation of Mr. Dumitru
Chirita to the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company
starting on 19 September 2024, as well as to the mandate of director of the
Company starting on 19 October 2024.

 

In the same meeting on 19 September 2024, the Board of Directors elected Mr.
Ion Cosmin Petrescu as Chairman of the Board of Directors, starting on 19
September 2024 until 18 October 2024.
