ANNOUNCEMENT

Starting with 27 August 2024, 08:30 (Romanian time), the reviewed Condensed
Consolidated Interim Financial Statements and the reviewed Condensed Separate
Interim Financial Statements as at and for the six-month period ended 30 June
2024, prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards
as adopted by EU ("IFRS-EU")  and the  Board of Directors' consolidated
report for H1 2024 will be available, in Romanian and English, in electronic
format, on Electrica's website, at www.electrica.ro (http://www.electrica.ro)
, in the "Investors > Results and Reports > Financial Results >
Financial Statements for H1 2024" section, at

The above-mentioned documents will be also available in hardcopy, at the

and on Fridays between 08:00-14:30 (Romanian time), excepting the legal
holidays.
