the High Court of Cassation and Justice, rejected the appeal filed by
Electrica in case no. 435/2/2019* concerning: the annulment of ANRE
President's Order no. 199/2018 regarding the approval of specific tariffs for
the electricity distribution service and the price for reactive electricity,
applicable to Societatea de Distributie a Energiei Electrice Transilvania Sud
- S.A. (curently Distributie Energie Electrica Romania S.A.)
