2019 Preliminary Unaudited Separate and Consolidated Financial Results of Electrica
In 2019, Electrica SA recorded an individual net profit (preliminary unaudited) of RON 258 million, increased by 32% compared to the budgeted value for 2019.
Also, in 2019, Electrica Group recorded a consolidated net profit (preliminary unaudited) of RON 207 million, 71% higher compared to the budgeted amount for 2019.
The preliminary unaudited separate financial statements of Electrica SA as at and for the year ended 31 December 2019 have been prepared in accordance with the Ministry of Public Finance Order no. 2844/2016 for the approval of the Accounting Regulations in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
The preliminary unaudited consolidated financial statements of Electrica Group as at and for the year ended 31 December 2019 have been prepared in accordance with International Reporting Standards ("IFRS") as adopted by the European Union ("IFRS-EU").
