Societatea Energetica Electrica S.A. filed an appeal against the Decision no. 707/2019, by which the Bucharest Court of Appeal rejected the action requesting, mainly, the annulment of the Competition Council Decision no. 77/20.12.2018 by which the company was fined 10,800,984.04 lei (representing 2.98% of the total turnover realized in the financial year 2016) and, alternatively, the reduction of the fine amount (file no. 3889/2/2018).
