ANNOUNCEMENT

Starting with 25 August 2023, 20.00 (Romanian time), the Simplified
Consolidated Interim Financial Statements as at and for the six-month period
ended 30 June 2023 prepared in accordance with Order of Ministry of Public
Finance 2844/2016, with subsequent amendments for the approval of accounting
regulations conforming with International Financial Reporting Standards as
adopted by EU, and the  Board of Directors' consolidated report for H1 2023
will be available, in Romanian and English, in electronic format, on
Electrica's website, at www.electrica.ro (http://www.electrica.ro) , in the
"Investors > Results and Reports > Financial Results" section, at
https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/results-and-reports/financial-results/

The Simplified Individual Interim Financial Statements as at and for the
six-month period ending on 30 June 2023, together with the Board of Directors'
individual report for the first half of 2023, will be published on 20
September 2023 at the latest.

Also, the Simplified Consolidated Interim Financial Statements as at and for
the six-month period ended 30 June 2023 prepared in accordance with
International Financial Reporting Standard as adopted by EU ("IFRS-EU") will
be published latest by 20 September 2023, 20.00 (Romanian time).

The above-mentioned documents will be also available in hardcopy, at the
Company's headquarters in Bucharest, 9 Grigore Alexandrescu Street, District
1, which is open from Monday to Thursday between 08:00-17:00 (Romanian time),
and on Fridays between 08:00-14:30 (Romanian time), excepting the legal
holidays.
