Significant events to be reported: Notification of major holdings (below 10%
of the voting rights of Electrica) from NN Group N.V.

Electrica informs its investors and shareholders that, on 13 February 2026,
the Company received the Notification of major holdings from NN Group N.V.,
attached to the present report.

According to the notification, on 11 February 2026, NN Group N.V. sold a
number of Electrica shares, dropping below the 10% threshold provided by
article 71 of Law 24/2017 on issuers of financial instruments and market
operations, thus reaching a holding of 9,98% of the total voting rights of
Electrica, which is 339,553,004 (equal to the total number of shares issued by
Electrica).

The present current report is issued in accordance with the provisions of art.
74 para (6) of Law 24/2017 on issuers of financial instruments and market
operations.
