12M/Q4/2025 Preliminary Key Operational Indicators - 29 January 2026

This report provides the main preliminary operational indicators of Electrica
Group for the fourth trimester of 2025. Electrica Group's preliminary
consolidated financial results as at and for the 12 months period ended 31
December 2025 will be published on 26 February 2026. The information included
in this report could change or differ significantly from the final data that
will be included in the fourth trimester's report for 2025.

Preliminary key information for Electrica Group's main segments of activity is
presented in the annex.
