Societatea Energetic Electrica S.A. hereby informs that the unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial statements in accordance with IFRS-EU for Q1 2016, published on May 16th, 2016, 8:00 EET on the Company's website contain two clerical errors regarding numbers, on page 11 section 5 Segmente operationale/ (a) Informatii cu privire la segmentele raportabile (Romanian), respectivelly page 12, section 5Operating segments / (a) Information about reportable segments (English).
One clerical error refers to EBITDA** on the Headquarter's column, where the correct value is RON 26,480 th., instead of RON 26,840 th., and the other one to the Segment net profit (loss) on the Electricity supply's column, where the correct value is RON 43,823 th., instead of RON 48,823 th.
The rest of the numbers and notes from the financial statements remain unchanged.
This erratum is published on the website of the company under the Investors section, together with the consolidated financial statements with the corrected clerical errors, starting with May 16th 2016, 16:00 EET.
