about the financial auditor's independent report of limited assurance
(attached to this current report) regarding the transactions reported by
Electrica between 1 July 2021 - 9 August 2021 according to the provisions of
article 92(3) of Law no. 24/2017, respectively for the transactions reported
by Electrica between 10 August 2021 - 31 December 2021, according to Article
108 of Law 24/2017, as well as according to FCA Regulation no. 5/2018.
