Considering the recently available public information regarding the appeal against the bankruptcy decision concerning the debtor OLTCHIM SA, Societatea Energetica Electrica SA informs that it filed an appeal against the sentence no. 663 / 08.05.2019 only with regard to the interim designation of the consortium consisting of Rominsolv S.P.R.L. and BDO Business Restructuring S.P.R.L. as the liquidator of the debtor Oltchim SA.
