Significant events to be reported: Correction of clerical errors in the content of the convening notice of Electrica's Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (OGMS) and in the information material related to the agenda of the OGMS dated 29 April 2020
 
Electrica informs that the following clerical errors has been corrected:
-     in the note regarding the net profit distribution for the financial year ended 31 December 2019, (information material related to items no. 3 and 9 of the OGMS's agenda), the record date (the date on which the identification of the shareholders affected by Electrica OGSM will take place, including the right to dividends), will be read 9 June 2020 as mentioned in the OGMS covening notice;
-     in the OGMS convening notice, both in the English version as well as in the Romanian version, item 10 on the agenda will be read: "Establishment of the date of 5 June 2020 as ex-date, the date on which financial instruments are traded without rights deriving from Electrica OGMS" instead of "Establishment of the date of 8 June 2020 as ex-date, the date on which financial instruments are traded without rights deriving from Electrica OGMS"
