on the Publication of Preliminary Consolidated Report for 2019
 
 
S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that it will publish the 2019 Preliminary Consolidated Report and will organize a conference call on February 25, 2020, as follows:
Ø The 2019 Preliminary Consolidated Report (unaudited) will be available starting with 8:30 AM (Romania time):
·    on Bucharest Stock Exchange website, www.bvb.ro; 
·    on London Stock Exchange website, www.londonstockexchange.com;
·    on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations - Annual Reports - 2019.
·    as a printed version, at the Company's headquarters, located in Medias, 4 C.I. Motas Square, Sibiu County.
 
The 2019 Preliminary Consolidated Annual Report is based on unaudited consolidated financial information prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards.
Ø The conference call with investors and financial analysts, for the purpose of presenting and discussing the preliminary results, will be held starting with 1:30 PM (Romania time).  The conference call will be held in English.
Attendance information will be available on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations - News & Events, starting with February 18, 2020.
 
Starting with February 25, 2020, Romgaz Group presentations will be available on www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations - Summary Results and Presentations for Investors.
