Addendum no. 1/2019 modifies the quantity and price for Contr. no. VG50/2019 for the period November 1, 2019 - March 31, 2020, following ANRE Decision no. 1.765/October 15, 2019, therefore modifying the contract value. Thus, the total value of Contr. no. VG50/2019, for the period May 1, 2019 - March 31, 2019, is RON 624,825,331.35 VAT included, increased by RON 93,316,505.47 VAT included as compared to the previous reported value.



Addendum no. 1/2019 to Contr. no. VG50/April 24, 2019 was sent by E.ON GAZ FURNIZARE S.A. on October 31, 2019.
