Notes: Addendum no. 10/2019 extends the period, modifies the price and the quantity from Contr. no. 8/2016, therefore the contract value. Thus, the total value of Contr. 8/2016, for the period August 1, 2016 - September 30, 2020 is RON 2,170,204,137.54 VAT included, increased by RON 557,038,949.54 VAT included, as compared to the previous reported value.
S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. Board of Directors approved the Addendum no. 10/2019 to Contr. no. 8/2016 by Resolution no. 36/September 26, 2019, the previous being performed according to GEO no. 109/2011, Art. 52.
