Scope of Agreement
Additional foundation works related to the acquisition "Development of Iernut Power Plant by building a new combined cycle CCGT power plant."
Duration of the Agreement
The Consortium of DURO FELGUERA S.A. and S.C. ROMELECTRO S.A. is entitled to request, if the case may be and if justifiable, in accordance with the contractual provisions, an extension of the contract duration. 
Estimated Value of Agreement (VAT exclusive)
2,200,000.00 EUR
The remaining clauses of contract 13384/October 31, 2016 including those related to Terms and Methods of Payment, Issued Guarantees and Penalties shall remain unchanged.
