On Amendment to 2014 Financial Communication Calendar 
S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the shareholders and investors upon the modification of the 2014 Financial Communication Calendar as follows:
 Half Year Report and Individual Interim Financial Statements for H1 2014, will be published on August 12, 2014. The Reports will be available:
 on Bucharest Stock Exchange website,www.bvb.ro;
 on London Stock Exchange website, www.londonstockexchange.com;
 on the company's website, www.romgaz.roat Investor Relations - Interim Reports and
 printed, at the headquarters of the Company, located in Medias, 4 C.I. Motas Square, Sibiu County. 
The half year financial statements are prepared according to International Financial Reporting Standards adopted by the European Union and revised by an independent auditor.
 The meeting with the financial analysts, investment advisors, brokers and investors to present the results for H1 2014, scheduled according to the Financial Communication Calendar for August 21, 2014, is re-scheduled and will be held as a conference call on August 14, 2014, 3:00 PM(Romania time).
The conference call will be held in English, as a Q&A session.
Attendance to the event will be possible by filling the registration form that will be available starting with August 11, 2014 on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations section - News&Events.
