ANNOUNCEMENT
S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the shareholders and investors upon the modification of the 2014 Financial Communication Calendar as follows:
 TheQuarterly Report and the UnauditedIndividual Interim Financial Statements for the period January - September 2014 will be published on November 12, 2014 at 7:00 PM (Romania time). The Reports will be available:
 on Bucharest Stock Exchange website,www.bvb.ro; 
 on London Stock Exchange website, www.londonstockexchange.com; 
 on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations - Interim Reports, and
 printed, at the headquarters of the Company, Medias, 4 C.I. Motas Square, Sibiu County.
The unaudited quarterly financial statements are prepared according to International Financial Reporting Standards.
 On November 14, 2014 at 2:00 PM (Romania time), S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. organizes a conference call with the topic:financial results for the period January - September 2014. The conference call will be held in English, as a Q&A session.
