A N N O U N C E M E N T 
regarding the publication of the Financial Results for 1H 2016 and Q2 2016
S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the shareholders and investors about the publication of the Financial Results for 1H 2016 and Q2 2016 and on the organisation of a conference call, namely:
 Half Year Report and Individual Interim Financial Statements for 1H 2016 and Q2 2016 (reviewed) will be published on August 12, 2016, 8:30 AM (Romania time). The reports will be available:
 on Bucharest Stock Exchange website,www.bvb.ro;
 on London Stock Exchange website, www.londonstockexchange.com;
 on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations - Interim Reports and
 printed, at the headquarters of the Company, located in Medias, 4 C.I. Motas Square, Sibiu County. 
The individual interim financial statements are prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards adopted by the European Union and reviewed by the company's independent auditor.
 The conference call with the investors, financial analysts, investment advisors and brokers to present the financial results for 1H 2016 and Q2 2016 is scheduled for August 12, 2016, 2:00 PM (Romania time). The conference call will be held in English.
Attendance to the event will be possible by filling in the registration form that is available starting with today, August 8, 2016, on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations section - News & Events. The registration to the conference call is possible until August 11, 2016, 4:00 PM (Romania time) and the conference calls details will be sent by email to all registered participants shortly afterwards.
The company presentation will be available starting with August 12, 2016, 9:00 AM (Romania time) on www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations section - Investor Presentations.
