By Resolution no. 36/December 14, 2017 the Board of Directors of S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. revokes, based on art. 2030 paragraph (1) and art. 231 of the Civil Code, Mr. Virgil-Marius Metea's mandate as director general, terminating thereby the mandate contract concluded between S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. and Mr. Virgil-Marius Metea. The revocation reasons are: management deficiencies, lack of compliance and implementation of decisions issued by control and regulation authorities but also by the Board of Directors. 
Concurrently, by Resolution no. 37/December 14, 2017, the Board of Directors appoints Mr. Corin-Emil Cindrea as interim director general of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. The term of Mr. Corin-Emil Cindrea's mandate as interim director general is 4 months, with the possibility to extend such up to maximum 6 months, based on solid grounds, according to article 64^2 of GEO no.109/2011.
