 Trading relationship with S.C. Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A.
S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. Board of Directors decided during the Board meeting held on April 28, 2016, to continue the commercial relationship with Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A for May by means of signing an addendum for the period 01-31 May 2016 with the same contractual provisions as those provided in contract no.34/2015 and in addendum no.6/2015 to said contract. 
The validity of the natural gas sale/purchase contract no.34/November 16, 2015, concluded with S.C. Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A., expires on April 30, 2016.
Until April 29, 2016, S.C. Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A. did not provide an answer to Romgaz offer and they did not request an extension of the contract, and therefore starting with May 1, 2016, there will be no contractual relationship between S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. and S.C. Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A.
