 Natural gassupply to Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A.
On December 15, 2015, the Board of Directors of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. convened in a new meeting in order to analyse whether to continue or not the natural gas supply to Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A., with the following decisions:
a)The extension of the ongoing Contract No. 34/2015 between S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. and Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A. until December 31, 2015, under the same contractual terms and conditions; 
b) Signing natural gas supply contracts between S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. and Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A. for Households and Heat Producers (HHP) and Non-Households (NH) for the period January 01, 2016 - September 30, 2016, under the same contractual terms and conditions (Contract 34/2015), except for the contractual provisions related to % of penalties and to the chapter on imputation of payment. These aspects are to be renegotiated.
Signing of natural gas supply contracts for the period January 01, 2016 - September 30, 2016 will depend upon signing of the notarized Rescheduling Agreement concurrently with the Contract securing the first-ranking mortgage on immovable property, as soon as possible, but not later than December 29, 2015.
