 Extension of natural gas sales contract concluded with S.C. Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A.
During the Board of Directors Meeting held on December 29, 2015, S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. Board decided to extend until January 31, 2016 the natural gas sales contract no. 34/2015 concluded between S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. and Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A. under the same contractual provisions with the following exception: the internal gas volumes in gas storages for non-households shall be minimum 35% of the total gas volumes delivered for non-households. ROMGAZ will try to maximize this internal natural gas volume percentage withdrawn from storages and supplied to Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A.
Also, the Board of Directors decided on the following: 
 Concluding new natural gas supply contracts for February 1, 2016 to September 30, 2016 is conditioned upon concluding as soon as possible but not later than January 20, 2016 a notarized Rescheduling Agreement concurrently with the Contract securing a first ranking mortgage on immovable property;
 Agreement of both parties on the guarantee conditions of the Rescheduling Agreement, namely first ranking mortgage and pledge over CET Progresu's assets whose value must reach at least the amount representing the scope of the Rescheduling Agreement (lands and buildings recorded in the land register and other assets accepted by ROMGAZ).
