On October 25, 2016, the Board of Directors of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. convened in order to analyse the terms to continue the natural gas supply to Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A.
Whereas:
-the provisions of G.O. 36/2006 (updated)
-   the resolution of the Board of Directors dated October 20, 2016 on signing the Convention for Justifying the Advance Payments dated October 20, 2016 and its final version agreed on October 25, 2016;
-  the provision of the Convention for Justifying the Advance Payments according to which the first payment term for the natural gas that will be delivered in October and November 2016 is November 12, 2016,
 the Board of Directors decided as follows:
 approved the conclusion of the Convention for Justifying the Advance Payments no.1/2016 between ROMGAZ and Regia Autonoma de Distributie a Energiei Termice Bucuresti, Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A. and Bucharest city;
 to continue gas supplies to Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A. until November 12, 2016 (the payment term for the natural gas to be delivered in October and November 2016) and setting the 12th of November 2016 as the last day for supplying natural gas without a payment guarantee or an advance payment.
