By Resolution no. 19/April 12, 2018, S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. Board of Directors decides the extension of the Director General's mandate, Mr. Corin Emil Cindrea, for a period of 2 months, respectively until the date of June 14, 2018.
 
Mr. Corin Emil Cindrea's appointment as Director General has been established by Resolution no. 36/December 14, 2017, for a period of 4 months, with the possibility of extension up to 6 months.
