Romgaz S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that, on September 13, 2018, at company's Correspondence Entry was received Mr. Micu Radu Constantin cause of action related to "Issue of the Presidential Ordinance on suspending the OGMS Resolution no. 8/July 6, 2018".
