on the Publication of Preliminary Financial Results for 2017
S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the shareholders and investors about the publication of the Unaudited Preliminary Results for 2017 and the organisation of a conference call, namely: 
 The Unaudited Preliminary Results for 2017 will be available as from February 15, 2018,8:30 AM (Romania time): 
 on Bucharest Stock Exchange website,www.bvb.ro;
 on London Stock Exchange website, www.londonstockexchange.com;
 on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations - Annual Reports - 2017 and
 printed, at the headquarters of the Company, Medias, 4 C.I. Motas Square, Sibiu county.
The unaudited preliminary financial statements are prepared according to International Financial Reporting Standards.
 The conference call with the investors and financial analysts to present the unaudited preliminary resultsis scheduled for February 16, 2018, starting with 1:30 PM (Romania time). The conference call will be held in English.
