·     Update of 1st Half Year 2018 Report - English version
 
S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. informs about the correction of errors occurred in the English version of 1st Half Year 2018 Report.
The errors result from publishing an intermediate English version of the 1st Half Year 2018 Report, different from the final Romanian version.
We specify that the errors' correction has no impact on the Consolidated Financial Results for H1 2018.
 
The English version of the updated Half Year Report and the Consolidated Condensed Interim Financial Statements for the six-month and three-month periods ended June 30, 2018 (not audited) are available on London Stock Exchange, on the link bellow:
