on the Publication of Preliminary Consolidated Report for 2023

 

S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that it will
publish the 2023 Preliminary Consolidated Report on February 28, 2024 and
will organize a conference call on February 29, 2024, as follows:
