·   Correction to the Current Report published on October 09, 2023 -
transaction concluded with the affiliated party ENGIE ROMANIA SA in compliance
with art. 108 from Law 24/2017(R)

 

In compliance with the provisions of Law no. 24/2017 regarding Issuers of
Financial Instruments and Market Operations and the A.S.F. Regulation. no.
5/2018 regarding the Issuers of Financial Instruments and Market Operations,
we hereby inform about an error occurred in the Current Report published on
October 09, 2023 (IRIS BVB code: FDAFD, RNS number: 4491P) regarding the
conclusion with ENGIE ROMANIA SA of the Gas sale-purchase Contract no. F76
from October 9, 2023, as follows: the column "Issued Guarantee", as it appears
in the content of the report, will change from "letter of bank guarantee" into
"advance payment", taking into account that the affiliated party ENGIE ROMANIA
SA could not submit the letter of bank guarantee before start of deliveries
and guaranteed by making the advance payment in compliance with the above
mentioned contract.
