Significant event to be reported:

 

·   Correction to the Current Report published on April 8, 2024 -
transaction concluded with the affiliated party ENGIE ROMANIA SA in compliance
with art. 108 from Law 24/2017(R)

 

In compliance with the provisions of Law no. 24/2017 (R) regarding Issuers of
Financial Instruments and Market Operations and the F.S.A. Regulation. no.
5/2018 regarding the Issuers of Financial Instruments and Market Operations,
we hereby inform about an error occurred in the Current Report published on
April 8, 2024 (IRIS BVB code: C6BC8, RNS number: 7053J) regarding the
conclusion with ENGIE ROMANIA SA of the Gas sale-purchase Contract no. F14
from April 5, 2024.

Thus, the value of the Contract F14/2024 was reported considering the price of
RON 150/MWh, as the price in force at the date of the initiation of the
contract. Following the change of the legislative framework, on the date of
signing the contract, the price became 120 lei/MWh, therefore changing the
value of the transaction (without VAT) from RON 289,390,985.26 to RON
233,011,843.75.

As a result, the aforementioned current report is hereby amended as follows:
the column "Value of transaction (VAT exclusive) - RON" will change from
"289,390,985.26" to "233,011,843.75".
