According to the provisions of art.108 of Law no. 24/2017, republished, and
art. 234 paragraph 1,letter i) from F.S.A. Regulation no. 5/2018, S.N.G.N.
Romgaz S.A. reports the concluding of one new transaction with the affiliated
party E.ON ENERGIE ROMANIA S.A. The cumulated value of the new transaction
with the transactions previously concluded with the aforementioned affiliated
party, for a period of 12 months, exceeds both 5% of 2023 net assets value
according to the latest financial reporting and also 10% of the 2023 net
turnover.
