affiliated party ENGIE România SA

 

According to the provisions of art.108 from Law no. 24/2017, republished, and
art. 234 letter i) from F.S.A. Regulation no. 5/2018 S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A.
reports the concluding of one new transaction with the affiliated party ENGIE
România SA.

The cumulated value of the new transaction with the transactions previously
concluded with the aforementioned affiliated party, for a period of 12 months,
exceeds both 5% of 2021 net assets value according to the latest financial
reporting and also 10% of the 2021 net turnover.
