In compliance with Law no. 24/2017 and art. 234 paragraph 1, letter i) of F.S.A. Regulation no. 5/2018, S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. reports the conclusion of an addendum to the public procurement contract for performing the turnkey project "Development of Iernut Power Plant by Building a New Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Power Plant", as follows:

The remaining clauses of Contract no.13384/October 31, 2016 shall remain unchanged.
