 SOPA.O  rise 10% to $12.4 premarket
    ** SOPA is the #1 trending stock on investor-focussed social
media Stocktwits.com, with message vols up ~1490%
    ** Stock is also the second-most ordered stock by individual
investors on Fidelity Research
    ** SOPA's stock surged 240% on Monday to record its best
session ever after it announced that it will be added to the
Russell 2000 Index  .RUT , effective at the open of the U.S.

    ** Share price eyes a nearly four times jump from its
closing price on Friday
    ** Nearly 1.16 mln shares traded by 0450 ET, second biggest
