MOODY'S: AFFIRMS SODEXO'S BAA1 RATINGS; OUTLOOK CHANGED TO NEGATIVE VS STABLE

The negative outlook reflects our expectations that it will take time to restore a stronger operating performance and that, as a consequence, the company's operating profit will remain below historical average over the next 12-18 months, added Moody's.
