ESSO ESSF.PA:

French oil company Esso published, on Wednesday its full-year results with an adjusted EBITDA at 58 million euros and will propose an ordinary dividend of 3 euros per share.

SANOFI SASY.PA:

French pharmaceutical company on Thursday announced an agreement with biopharmaceutical company Dren Bio for the acquisition of its autoimmune disease treatment DR-0201. Sanofi will buy Dren-0201 for an upfront payment of $600 million and potential future payments totalling $1.3 billion.

SODEXO EXHO.PA:

French food caterer lowered its 2025 guidance on Thursday, citing slower than expected organic growth in North America.

VALNEVA VLS.PA:

French vaccine producer published full year revenues for 2024 below consensus, at 169.6 million euros, adding it was targeting sales for this year at between 170 and 180 million euros.
