Sodexo seen rising after FY revenue target hike
BUZZ-Sodexo seen rising after FY revenue target hike ** Shares in Sodexo EXHO.PA are seen up 3-6% by traders after the French food caterer lifted its full-year revenue target following a better-than-expected Q3
** It now expects organic revenue growth of 1.2-1.5% from 0.5-1% previously expected
** Q3 revenue rose 2% to €6.17 billion ($7.02 billion), above the €6.04 billion seen in consensus
** JPMorgan notes the numbers reflected strong volumes supported by solid activity in Sodexo Live in North America, slightly better net new momentum and resilient pricing
** "This marks the first uptick after a prolonged period of weaker momentum, with management sounding more constructive," JPM adds
** FY target implies a broadly flat Q4, which might appear conservative after Q3 performance, Jefferies says
** Shares rose 14% since the beginning of the year
