 * Wah Yan Health-voluntary announcement proposed issue of bonds  0648.HK  
 * Company entered into the bond placing agreement with the bond placing agent 
 * Deal for to subscribe for bonds to be issued by the company in the principal amount of up to HK$100 million 
 * Bonds shall bear an annual coupon rate of 6.5% 
 * Says bonds shall mature on fifth anniversary of date of issuance and shall bear an annual coupon rate of 6.5%
