 * Says the group entered into the spa with Chan 
 * Deal for the consideration of hk$8.85 million 
 * Upon completion of spa, Chan Leung Kwok will be appointed MD of target co and CEO of the company 
 * Pursuant to deal chan agreed to dispose of entire equity interest of Women'S Health And Reproductive Medicine Centre Ltd (target co)
