Sept 15 (Reuters) - China Wah Yan Healthcare Ltd  0648.HK : 
 * Wah yan health-placing of new shares under specific mandate  0648.HK  
 * Says placing agent and the company entered into the placing agreement 
 * Maximum gross proceeds and net proceeds from the placing will be hk$99.0 
   million and hk$95.7 million respectively 
 * Co has agreed to place up to 1.8 bln placing shares at the placing 
   price to not less than six placees 
 * Says intends to apply the net proceeds for debt repayment and general working 
   capital purposes 
 * Says placing agent is Nuada Limited
