Q3 2023 Trading Update

Softcat plc ("Softcat", or the "Company"), a leading UK provider of IT
infrastructure technology and services, today publishes its trading update for
the third quarter ended 30 April 2023 ("the Period").

The Company performed well during the Period, delivering further year-on-year
growth in gross invoiced income, gross profit and operating profit.

The Board is pleased with progress and anticipates the outturn for the full
year will be in line with its current expectations.
