Total Voting Rights

 

 

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6), Softcat
makes the following disclosure with respect to the share capital and voting
rights of the Company.

 

As at 31 December 2025, the share capital of the Company consisted of
200,149,223 Ordinary Shares of £0.0005 each with voting rights ("shares").
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of shares and voting rights in the Company is
200,149,223. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
