Silver Lake announces Software AG delisting at 32 euros per share
BERLIN, Dec 18 (Reuters) - Private equity firm Silver
Lake on Monday announced its delisting offer for Software AG at
32 euros ($34.96) per share, together with holding company Mosel
Bidco SE.
Shareholders have four weeks to tender their shares before
Software AG becomes a private company, said Silver Lake, which
currently owns 93.3% of shares in the German software company.
