Software AG rises on Q1 beat

** Shares in Software AG  SOWGn.DE  are up 3.4% after
quarterly results
    ** Q1 sales increased by 8% to 206 million euros ($219
million), the company reaffirmed its 2022 guidance
    ** Baader Helvea says Q1 results beat consensus by 6% on the
top line and 27% on the bottom line
    ** The broker adds the company delivered a solid start to
the year that should provide confidence in the achievability of
the full-year targets
    ** "Strong read on first sight," a local trader says
