** Shares of Software SOWGn.DE skyrocket 46% in early
trade after private equity firm Silver Lake offered to buy the
German software developer
** The offer price of 30 euros per share values the company
at 2.2 billion euros ($2.42 billion) and represents a premium of
53% to the company's closing price of 19.59 euros on Thursday
** The stock tops the German mid-caps index .MDAXI
