Director/PDMR Shareholding
Software Circle (AIM: SFT) has been notified that, on 14 April 2026 Simon Gregory Barrell, a Non-Executive Director and a person discharging managerial responsibilities, transferred 128,034 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding at a sale price of 15.30p per share to his individual savings account ("ISA") at a purchase price of 15.32p per share. Mr Barrell's total beneficial interest in the Company is unchanged at 128,034 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.03% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
