Grafenia (AIM: GRA) has been notified that on 16 October 2023 Conrad Christian
Bona, a Non‐Executive Director and person discharging managerial
responsibilities, transferred 83,580 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding at a sale price of 10.5p per
share to his self-invested personal pension ("SIPP") at a purchase price of
10.535p per share. Mr Bona has a total beneficial interest in 2,462,959
Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.63% per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
